Hi, I’m Nicole …
… a yoga instructor who has taught more than 1,900 hours of yoga in the past 8+ years.
In that time, I've worked with hundreds of people from the person taking their first class to the very teachers and mentors who shaped my own practice. That's the beauty of yoga–there's space for everyone and there's always room to grow.
As a yoga teacher, I strive to cultivate that sense of belonging for everyone. Yoga should be a safe space to connect and make peace with yourself with absolutely no barriers to entry.
My relationship to yoga began when I was a teenager uncertain of my future. With my mother's Lilias Folan VHS tapes I learned how to live in the moment, finding presence in my body by exploring the physical poses.
As a young adult, I reconnected with yoga during another time of change in my life. Inspired once more by the practice, I completed a 200-hour teacher training program at Dragonfly Hot Yoga in Madison, Wisc. under Tiffany Geier—who was trained by Baptiste Master Teacher Deborah Williamson—in 2015.
I've been teaching ever since, doing my best to help others connect with the practice so it can offer them their own sense of peace.
This virtual space is dedicated to the physical, emotional and mental aspects of yoga by fostering a community that is always accessible and accepting. Welcome.
